At Lamp Outdoor, we want your home to shine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the lamp in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
